The following is a breakdown of services cost and is an example of plans and costs. Some clients will want Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Natural/Organic Search Engine Optimization (N/O SEO) services together. Clients recieve discounts for paying for the year up front, paying for mutiple services, or at the discreation of the SEO based on the site design and/or abilities of the client to assist in the promotion process. After talking with clients, we will construct a specific plan designed specially for that client. There is no cookie-cutter plan that fits all clients. Each business and websites has variables that make offering a few specific plans impossible.
- Our simplest plan is our SEM Plan where we charge you $100 a month or 10% of your bidding budget which ever is higher to manage your Google/Yahoo sponsored ad programs. Why should we do this instead of you? Our experience and knowledge of the sevice to get you the best positions at the lowest cost and best Return-on-Investment. Get you better placements based on construction of descriptions. Our tools to find you bid gaps where you can save. Plus one page of content and one link per month and we track 25 two-three word phrases. This plan is also available for $2000 a year and you get the 12 pages of content and 12 links within 30 days.
- $299 Natural/Organic Plan. This plan includes monthly monitoring, reports and advice on your website. Plus two pages of content and two links per month and we track 50 two-three-four word phrases. This plan is also available for $3000 a year and you get the 24 pages of content and 24 links within 45 days.
- $599 Natural/Organic Plan. This plan includes monthly monitoring, reports and advice on your website. Requirements: (Breaking any
requirement below is reason for termination of service without notice.
Also, Eagle web is not liable for any improper use of promotion. Eagle Web
only serves as designer and optimizer for site and is not responsible for
how client uses placement and traffic received. Eagle Web is also not
responsible for any actions between search engines and clients as we do
not control the decisions of either party. )
1. Client must provide
valid credit card for monthly billing.
2. Site design must be reviewed and
accepted by Eagle Web before promotion can began.
3. Client must have yahoo business
express done. If we process the cost is $299 paid directly to yahoo on credit card provided
4. It will be required with some plans
above for client to provide login and password to server. If passwords are
changed, Eagle Web must be notified immediately. Changing information and
not notifying Eagle Web will terminate agreement as full services may not
be able to be provided without link. If client terminates services, client
is notified that link to what is being done to bring him placement will be
terminated and placement could be lost thus making our agreement and
guarantees null and void. If client terminates, client must grant us
access to remove scripts. If Eagle Web is not allowed to remove server
scripts, Eagle Web is not held responsible for any server problems that
may result.
5. Client is notified that for
guarantee to be valid all requirements above must be maintained for the 12
month period of plan. If guarantee is not met, client will be given the
option of a refund of the difference of placement not achieved or a
discount of same for the following months until placement is achieved to
guaranteed level of 25%.
6. Credit card on file will be billed
on the date your monthly report is sent.
7. While Eagle Web will make every
effort to make a clients keyword selection successful. You are paying for
achieved placement and achieved placement does not guarantee a sale. It is
the clients responsibility to make sales on traffic gained through
placement. Eagle Web will not be held responsible if no sales are gained
from clients selected keyword terms.
